We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Stockers/Cashiers. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Key responsibilities include:
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain neat displays, and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and create well-merchandised displays.
- Organize inventory, operate machinery, and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate time management skills and product knowledge.
Educational requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in retail preferred.
