Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and share relevant information with supervisors.
• Maintain store security and confidentiality of data.
• Cashier Duties: Process customer transactions, keep the store tidy, provide exceptional customer service, monitor inventory levels, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Stocker Duties: Arrange products on shelves, follow merchandising guidelines, organize new inventory, operate machinery safely.
• Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
