Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new experiences each day.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards in your area of responsibility.
• Cashiers will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to cash policies.
• Stockers will ensure product freshness, create appealing merchandise displays, and operate machinery safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to perform various physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.
• Stockers should be able to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
