Patient Care Tech / PCT Coronary Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a night shift, full-time position in the Coronary Care Unit, where you will play a crucial role in supporting patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report patients' progress to the medical team.
• Record vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and maintain cleanliness in the unit.
• Measure intake and output and assist with range of motion exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification is mandatory.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care.
• Preferred: Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in nursing school.
