Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a full-time Medical Surgical Patient Care Technician working night shifts, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient care in a safe and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in providing patient care and maintaining a healing environment.
• Communicate effectively and carry out delegated tasks under supervision.
• Record and report patient data and observations accurately.
• Ensure patient safety by following all necessary precautions.
• Monitor vital signs, assist with mobility and daily activities, collect specimens, and maintain a clean environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding, shift reports, and perform direct patient care duties.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in acute or long-term care is preferred.
• Completion of CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is an advantage.
