This role will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Create an approachable training environment and foster a supportive community for trainers and clients.
• Coach personal trainers, conduct consultations, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
