Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and leading a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Facilitate personalized training programs for each client, adapting to their needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure clients receive value in personal training through safe, clean, and engaging sessions.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, offering resources and encouragement.
• Attract new clients by building relationships with VASA members.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales to meet monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
