Personal Training Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead our personal training team to achieve outstanding fitness results for our members while providing a top-notch experience. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing personal training team, increasing client acquisition and retention, and ensuring that all clients receive exceptional value in their training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team by attracting, hiring, and coaching team members.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate personalized training programs to meet individual client needs following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an inviting and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage for all members, clients, and guests.
• Support personal trainers in providing superior service, maintaining clean training spaces, and delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Nurture a connected community among personal trainers by offering resources, growth opportunities, and meaningful interactions.
• Develop personal relationships with VASA members to attract new clients.
• Train personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques to recommend appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
• Certification in personal training is a plus.
