Paradigm Rehab is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life through rehabilitation. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
