Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Schedule

Choose your own hours. Relocation to Brooklyn before starting work is required. Work location is in person.
