Paradigm Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals reconnect with their environment to enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments of referred patients to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation; experience with Hello Note is a plus.
• CPR Certification.
