Paradigm Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team. Requirements

• Must have a Physical Therapy (PT) degree from an accredited college or university.
• Hold a valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct in-home Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation is preferred. Previous experience with Hello Note system is a plus.
• CPR Certification is required.
