Responsibilities

• Confer with supervisory personnel, technicians, and design professionals to address work procedures and resolve job site issues.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing projects to meet deadlines and budget estimates.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental codes.
• Organize and direct activities for the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Implement quality control programs and adapt plans in response to emergencies or delays.
• Contract and oversee plumbing technician and helper work, supervising project workers.
• Requisition supplies, evaluate repair methods for cost-effectiveness, and develop strategies to meet departmental quotas.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians for optimal productivity and sales skills development.
