Casteel Air is looking for a dedicated Plumbing Specialist to join our team in Metro Atlanta. As a Plumbing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plumbing project activities, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Supervise plumbing technicians and assistants, overseeing their work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Inspect job sites for compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Negotiate contracts and revisions with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Identify and address job site emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Manage permits and licenses required for plumbing projects.
• Conduct assessments and cost estimates for projects.
• Optimize installation and repair methods for cost-effectiveness.
• Coach and train technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.

Requirements
