Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care planning and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
