Job Description

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of local families. The available shifts include days, nights, and weekends to accommodate different schedules. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in line with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition continuously and report any changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Document all activities and care information promptly and accurately.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and self-care techniques.
• Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies, state and federal regulations, and Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active nursing license in good standing with the board.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
