Job Description

Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in a home health setting? If so, consider joining ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN). Our team provides expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in DE, offering services such as administering medications, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to attend orientation sessions.
• Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
