Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, administering medications and treatments, as well as maintaining positive relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive and compassionate relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Preferred experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.
