Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing centers' nursing pool. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that suits your availability, working a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours based on open shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and enhance patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved vocational nursing school with a current state license.
• Preferably have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficient in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
