Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. As part of the float nursing pool, you will have the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that aligns with your availability. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care, participating in care planning, and supervising unlicensed staff members for multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Active State Board of Nursing license.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
