Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients at their homes.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure IV proficiency and provide IV functions.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN degree required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
• Willingness to train and perform IV functions.
