ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Prepare and execute discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADNs must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV functions.
