Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will support the Newark, DE and surrounding area, work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in IV functions or willingness to train.
Benefits
- $32.00 - $44.00 per hour pay.
