Job Description

This position involves providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, developing care plans, and ensuring patient discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
Job Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Full-Time
- Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20-40 per week
