Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse with Home Care experience to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure IV proficiency and other nursing duties as required.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to discharge patients appropriately.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Valid DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
