Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As a Full Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop and implement care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $32 to $44 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Plan for the discharge of patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• IV proficiency or willingness to train.
