We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will work with the Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, providing exceptional care to our patients during Day shifts. Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with patient safety measures and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct and document diagnostic testing and treatments.
• Support patient admission, discharge, and daily care tasks.
