Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Resource to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a temporary, non-benefited position within our Resource Team, supporting the PreOp Service Line in various regions. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with facility protocols under supervision. Competitive rates are offered, along with 36-hour workweeks for 26-week assignments.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze healthcare consumer data.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care delivery and promote health and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare consumers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality nursing practice and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- 1 year of nursing experience in specialty areas.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
