Job Description

We are looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team in Minneapolis at Avis Budget Group. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in renting cars, selling products and services, and providing exceptional customer service at our airport rental counters. Responsibilities

• Rent cars and sell products/services at airport rental counters.
• Process contracts and identify customer needs.
• Upsell products/services to enhance customer travel experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Professional and engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months real estate or retail sales experience is a plus.
