Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while prioritizing customer service and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of managers and crew members in all aspects of successful restaurant operations.
- Demonstrate high levels of leadership and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
- Oversee human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of restaurant industry experience.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Valid state driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
