Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while prioritizing customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members in all aspects of successful restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrate high levels of leadership and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
  • Oversee human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of restaurant industry experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
