Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
