Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
