Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and ensure cash management compliance
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while prioritizing security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
