Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join the Treeo Senior Living team at Leisure Care managed communities. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough needs assessments, leading guided tours, and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the retirement community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand prospects' needs.
- Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
- Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
- Maintain an accurate prospect database and perform follow-ups.
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans for the community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar sales role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong sales acumen and passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
