Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
