Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and presented neatly. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and uphold ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to meet physical demands including lifting and stocking product up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
