Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Scheduler/Billing professional to join Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As the Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate charge capture and resolving billing discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling operating room and delivery cases, updating material records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily charge capture with precision and attention to detail.
- Resolve materials and billing discrepancies in coordination with department and hospital leadership.
- Generate and distribute usage reports and maintain the Charge Master.
- Schedule OR and delivery cases on the labor and delivery floor.
- Propose and implement project solutions to enhance CDM/Materials operations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and fulfill other duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
- At least 1 year of relevant work or educational experience is necessary.
- Preferred qualifications include a healthcare-related degree and experience in revenue cycle or clinical operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in billing or scheduling is beneficial.
