Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and innovate in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for oncology compounds. As a strategic leader, you will play a critical role in guiding decision-making, managing priorities, ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of transparency, and representing Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to support decision-making.
• Build and lead a talented pharmacometrics team while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high scientific standards, oversee deliverables, and drive innovation.
• Represent Jazz as a thought leader in pharmacometrics activities.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Significant experience in successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $220,000-$330,000, along with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible vacation options.
