We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead for Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional service quality during their shift.

Responsibilities

• Assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Manage the kitchen passe efficiently by controlling ticket flow.
• Maintain adequate prep levels to prevent stockouts.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks effectively.
• Ensure proper plating of food and timely breaks for the team.
• Collaborate with Shift Lead/General Manager to boost team morale.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols.
• Complete all required checklists and prep lists.
