Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Full-time Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing clinical social work services to patients/residents and their families, addressing various challenges and concerns they may face.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to individuals and families.
- Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and end-of-life support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients/residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) certification is preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification is necessary.
