Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
