We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As an essential member of the surgical department, you will play a vital role in the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of patient care equipment. Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Document sterilization processes accurately and report any anomalies.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• Act as a preceptor to new staff or those cross-training to Sterile Processing.
• Additional duties as assigned by department leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred certification as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
