Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience by joining our collaborative team as an ALDI Stocker. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring our stores look their best to serve our customers.

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products properly, and operate machinery following safety procedures.
• Organize inventory, remove empty boxes, and create excellently merchandised displays.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective time management and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds.
