Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will engage in all aspects of effectively running a store, preparing you for a future store manager role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs and schedules, and developing operational plans while nurturing and growing the team.

Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $102,000 (salary and bonus included, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Understand and communicate company values and strategy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
• Assist in hiring and training store personnel.
• Manage schedules, set expectations, and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and competitive market.
• Provide a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in retail and management is preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and customer service.
