Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a trainee, you will learn all aspects of successfully running a store, from supervising day-to-day activities to managing schedules and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to create a sense of teamwork.
• Hire, train, and manage store personnel.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality.
• Conduct inventory counts and cash audits.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Prior retail experience, management experience preferred.
