Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will be trained in all aspects of store management to prepare you for the responsibilities of running your own store. Your duties will include supervising daily operations, managing staffing needs and schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities to provide excellent customer service.
- Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork among employees.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation and product quality.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
- Manage store budgets, payroll, and inventory levels.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
- Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience a plus.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
