Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this position, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in running your own store. Your duties will include overseeing day-to-day store operations, optimizing store performance, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
