Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation, from stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash procedures, company policies, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
