Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
