Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
